Chairman’s Message
Nearly fifty years ago, East Coast Contracting and Trading L.L.C. began in Fujairah with a simple commitment: to do the job properly, and to keep our word. Everything we have built since rests on that foundation.
Our work is guided by seven values: respect, integrity, quality, safety, reliability, commitment, and continuous improvement. These are not words on a wall; they are how we treat our people, our clients, our partners and the communities we build in. That is why clients return to us, project after project, decade after decade.
As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2027, I am proud not only of what East Coast has delivered, but of how it has been delivered, with care, with honesty, and with a genuine understanding of what every development requires. Our vision is to continue building with purpose, growing with the UAE, and creating projects that remain valuable for years to come. On behalf of our family and our people, thank you for your trust. We intend to keep earning it.
Managing Director’s Message
East Coast began its operations in Fujairah specializing in civil works and grew steadily to serve every emirate of the UAE. In line with our mission to deliver construction solutions our clients can rely on, we developed specialized in-house divisions, MEP, Aluminum & Glass, and transport, allowing us to provide turnkey solutions under one roof. Controlling every stage of project delivery has given us two enduring advantages: quality we can stand behind, and cost-effective operations that keep our bids competitive.
Our reputation remains our most treasured asset, and it is protected the same way it was built through experienced teams, careful project management and an uncompromising focus on quality, safety and timelines, from planning to handover.
Today, we are also preparing East Coast for its next chapter. We are investing in our people and culture, adopting digital tools and AI where they make us better at how we plan, bid and deliver, embedding sustainability across our projects, and expanding into new regions and project types. The industry will keep changing; our commitment to delivering properly, and to making every engagement mutually rewarding, will not.
